Peab Oy, the building contractor of the housing company Asunto Oy Helsingin Kaskisaarenranta, is part of the Peab Group, one of the Nordic countries’ leading companies in the field of construction and civil engineering.

Peab Oy is one of the largest building contractors in Finland. In 2010, almost 500 homes were built by the 650-employee strong company, generating an annual turnover of 200 million euros. Over 1,000 apartments were under construction.
